Postdoctoral Researcher, Center for Composite Materials Newark
The University of Delaware’s Center for Composite Materials (UD-CCM) is an internationally recognized center of excellence for interdisciplinary research, education, and technology transfer providing world-class research to both industry and government sponsors. We are seeking postdoctoral researchers to conduct research on highly aligned short fiber composites (TuFF) at UD-CCM. Researchers will conduct modeling & simulation of short fiber composites for mechanical property predictions and manufacturing process development, establish mechanisms through key experiments in the lab and validate results with coupon and sub-component testing.
