The Manager oversees the day-to-day operations and provides leadership for the staff in support of the volunteer-driven programs and activities of the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) in Kent and Sussex Counties. Serves as principal local liaison with the Kent-Sussex Council of OLLI which is one of two OLLIs at the University of Delaware along with the OLLI Wilmington Council. OLLI is a financially self-supporting institute within the University of Delawares Division of Professional and Continuing Studies (PCS) and the Graduate College. OLLI in Kent and Sussex Counties provides in-person and online lifelong learning courses and programming for the educational, cultural, and intellectual benefit of roughly 500 members aged 50 plus with an average age of 73. OLLI in Kent and Sussex operates at three sites, Dover, Lewes, and Ocean View.

Psychometrist, Delaware Center for Cognitive Aging Research (Limited Term Researcher) Newark
The Delaware Center for Cognitive Aging Research (DECCAR) is seeking a psychometrist to administer cognitive tests and health questionnaires to adults who range from having normal cognitive abilities to dementia. The testing is a component of several grant-funded studies related to cognitive aging and risk of dementia from Alzheimer’s disease or related causes and will take place in person, by Zoom, and by telephone. The psychometrist will work under the supervision of Dr. Matthew Cohen, a clinical neuropsychologist, and in collaboration with research staff. The position is offered as a one-year contract renewable for up to 3 years based on performance and funding availability. This includes pre-award and post-award management of sponsored programs, preparation of financial reports and closing of accounts. The Grants Analyst II interfaces with UD departments and services, federal, state, and not for profit agencies, as well as faculty, students and staff involved in sponsored projects. The Grants Analyst II works closely with Center Directors, Principal Investigators, the College Business Officer, the Sr Grants Analyst, and other financial team members in providing support for the development of initiatives related to sponsored programs support for the Biden School.
