The Department of Business Administration in the Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a temporary full-time instructor position in the Department of Business Administration. The beginning date for the position is August 2025.

Candidates must possess a Masters’ or higher degree, experience in teaching sales and sales management, and commensurate experience in managing educational programs in an academic or industry setting. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the future graduates by envisioning new programs, embracing a growth mindset, and demonstrating a deep understanding of sales, sales programs, and sales curriculum. The candidate will also serve as the Faculty Director for the Minor in Professional Selling and Sales Management and will play a crucial role in continuing to build the undergraduate program in professional selling and sales management while delivering value to the students and industry partners. Teaching load is a maximum of eight courses per year with reductions for serving as the Faculty Director of the Minor in Professional Selling and Sales Management.  This is a temporary position, renewable in one-year increments.
