Temporary Assistant Professor, Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences, College of Arts and Sciences The Department of Psychological and Brain Sciences (psych.udel.edu) at the University of Delaware invites applications for a temporary one-year, teaching-focused, Assistant Professor position with a focus on developmental psychology, human neuroscience, or research methods. This one-year position may be renewed (depending on performance, funding, and departmental teaching needs) for up to three years, total. The department is committed to providing quality undergraduate educational experiences within a research-focused department. Successful candidates should ideally engage in evidence-based, inclusive, and reflective teaching practices. The teaching load for this position is 4 courses per semester and some portion of that time may be reassigned to support the undergraduate programs in Psychology and Neuroscience. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively teach courses in development, brain and behavior, cognition, or research methods.
