| The Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) at the University of Delaware (UD) invites
applications for a full-time, tenure-track position to begin August 2024.
The search seeks candidates in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the areas of (1)
foundational research enabling the development, evaluation, and application of AI in cybersecurity,
networks, communications, and information sciences; (2) supervised, unsupervised, generative, and
reinforcement machine learning methods with applicability in areas such as cybersecurity, networks,
communications, and information sciences. Candidates focusing in cybersecurity and/or communications
with multidisciplinary interests that explore connections with topics or fields such as biology, healthcare,
mathematics, statistics, physics, nanotechnology, chip design, advanced manufacturing, software
security, and autonomous, computer, cyber-physical, and energy systems, are highly encouraged. The
appointment can be made at any rank commensurate with accomplishments. |
