Assistant Professor (Continuing Track), Department of Chemistry & Biochemistry The Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry (https://www.chem.udel.edu/), in the College of Arts and Sciences, invites applications for a continuing track (CT) assistant professor-level position in Chemistry and Biochemistry, starting August 16, 2025. This position offers a strong, supportive setting for a teaching-intensive role in the environment of an active research department with robust undergraduate and graduate programs. The successful candidate will have expertise in teaching introductory chemistry classes to chemistry and biochemistry majors and non-majors, including core concepts in introductory chemistry. The ability to impact other areas of the department’s curriculum for undergraduate students is desirable. Successful applicants will share our vision to be a department that is nationally recognized for high impact research and for delivering exceptional education across the chemical sciences.
