The Alfred Lerner College of Business and Economics at the University of Delaware invites applications for a continuing, non-tenure-track position in Accounting at the Assistant Professor level to begin Fall 2020.

The position requires the candidate to possess or expect to complete a Ph.D. in Accounting or a Masters’ degree and considerable professional experience (e.g., partner level).  All areas of expertise will be considered, with a preference for candidates who can teach taxation or systems courses.   Candidates with a Ph.D. will be expected to contribute to the research environment, generate scholarly publications, and maintain scholarly academic status under AACSB accreditation standards. 

The Department of Accounting and Management Information Systems offers bachelors’ and masters’ degrees in Accounting and in Management Information Systems and several joint degrees, partnering with both the College of Engineering and the College's MBA programs.
