The Network Technician II will under general supervision, install, modify, repair, and maintain standard data communication systems. The principal emphasis is on installing data communications system components such as network switches, wireless access points, UPS units, and structured cabling systems as well as configuring equipment which is usually combined and interrelated with other data communication equipment. Requires occasional independent judgment working within established procedures.
