Installs, maintains, programs, and troubleshoots electronic card access systems and/or operating errors. Maintains access and alarm system interfaces as well as other custom applications such as CCTV. |

This role performs skilled work at the journeyman level in the inspection, installation, maintenance, adjustment, and replacement of HVAC systems (including dx-comfort cooling systems using refrigerants) according to manufacturers recommendations, department standards, and applicable State and Federal code and regulations. |
