School Psychologist, Mental Health Grant Coordinator

The Psychologist will contribute to leading a multi-year grant funded by the U.S. Department of Education that will integrate and evaluate state-wide, cross-university efforts to advance school mental health service provider recruitment, preparation, practice, and retention in high-need schools across Delaware. Concurrently, this project will target the adoption and sustained use of inclusive practices and equity-focused data-based decision-making within multi-tiered systems of support (MTSS) in Delaware schools. The Psychologist will play key roles in (a) supervising graduate students in traineeships related to public outreach, direct service delivery, indirect service delivery, and applied research, respectively; (b) collaborating with personnel from the University of Delaware Center for Disabilities Studies (CDS) to direct MTSS training, technical assistance, and coaching to Delaware schools; and (c) facilitating project administration, evaluation, and dissemination activities. |
