| The University of Delaware is seeking a collaborative and student-centered professional to serve as Academic Tutoring Program Manager within Academic Coaching & Tutoring (ACT). This position plays a key role in supporting student success by overseeing tutoring programs, supervising and training peer tutors, coordinating campus-wide academic support initiatives, and providing outreach and academic support for undergraduate students.
The ideal candidate would be an organized and proactive leader with strong communication, program management, and student development skills who is passionate about helping students achieve their academic goals. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with students, faculty, and campus partners to enhance tutoring services and contribute to institutional retention and student success efforts. |
